Matt Hepler is a technology executive and business leader who has spent his career building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and delivering products at global scale. With a background spanning technology, consulting, product management, marketing, data, and AI, he brings a unique perspective on what separates great talent from great resumes.

During his 15 years at Microsoft, Matt led cross-functional teams at the intersection of data, AI, marketing, and product management, partnering across disciplines to launch products and initiatives used by hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. Most recently, he served as the product leader responsible for deploying a new AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform for Microsoft’s consumer business.

Combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of leadership and organizational dynamics, Matt has built and mentored teams that consistently delivered meaningful business results. He holds computer science degrees from Washington and Lee University and the University of Virginia. Today, he helps companies identify exceptional talent and helps professionals connect with opportunities where they can make their greatest impact.
